Vacuum Glass Lifters

1 - Two Pad Minivac Vacuum Glass Lifter - 150Kgs. S.W.L
This battery powered glass lifter is designed to lift flat or curved glass up to 2.5m x 2m x 150Kgs. The lifting yolk pivots allowing the glass to be lifted in either the horizontal or vertical planes. The Minivac weighs less than 30Kgs and is easily transported in the boot of a car.
2 - Two Pad Minivac Vacuum Glass Lifter - 150Kgs. S.W.L
The compact Minivac vacuum lifter shown here lifting in the vertical plane, is equipped with a 12 volt DC vacuum pump, safe & low vacuum warning lights, battery level meter & safety reservoir. Vacuum controls are 'two action' push button type in accordance with EN 13155:2003.
3- Four Pad Inline Multi-Function Glass lifter
Battery powered glass lifter. Lifts in horizontal & vertical, manual rotation 360°. Capable of lifting glass sheets 2M x 1M x 250kgs, the outer pads are removable for use in 2 pad form.
4 - Four Pad Glass Lifting Beam - 240Kgs S.W.L
This mains powered glass lifting beam is designed for lifting glass sheets from inclined stillages. The self pivoting frame allows the glass to be induced into the horizontal by laying the sheet onto a cutting table. Available in 3 phase single phase or battery powered.
5 - Six Pad Glass Lifting Vacuum Beam.
A multi-function battery powered vacuum lifter for site glazing. It is fitted with six adjustable vacuum pads & has a S.W.L of 300Kgs. Capable of lifting glass 3600mm x 2000mm, glass can be handled in the horizontal or vertical planes and rotated through 360°.
6 - Glass Sheet Vacuum Lifter - 720Kgs SWL.
Designed for use in glass works, this 12 pad vacuum lifting beam facilitates the lifting of glass sheets up to 6000mm x 4000mm. A mains powered vacuum system is mounted on the lifting yoke for ease of maintenance. Panes of glass can easily be transported from the inclined stillage and layed down onto the cutting table. Isolation of each arm facilitates the lifting of smaller sizes. Models available in 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 pad configuration. 240v 1ph, 415v 3ph & 12V Dc.
7 - Curved Windscreen Glass Lifting Frame.
Specially designed battery powered glass lifter for curved marine cruiser windscreens & patio doors up to 300Kgs in weight.
8 - 1000Kg S.W.L Glass Lifting Frame.
This heavy duty glass lifting frame is designed to be used in conjunction with a crane mounted vacuum unit. 6 large capacity pads are fitted, which can be moved along the frame. Glass sheets up to 6 metres x 3.2 metres can be handled.

9 - Heavy Duty Glass Lifting Beam - 2200Kgs SWL
Manufactured specially for garden designer & consultant Stuart Perry, this vacuum lifter was designed to lift an 8m x 2.4m glass sheet weighing 2200kgs. Probably the heaviest glass panel ever lifted, the sheet formed the focal point of Stuarts 2006 Chelsea Flower Show entry which won a silver merit award. To ensure a high level of safety each vacuum pad has a diameter of over 500mm giving an ultimate grip of over 12000kgs.

10 - Heavy Duty Glass Lifter - Counter Balanced
Glass curtain walling panels can be placed accurately using our motorised counter-balanced lifters. This feature combined with 4 point chain suspension enables vertical lifting with the crane hook & snatch block kept clear of glass above.
11 - Pedestrian Winch Glass Lifter - Battery Operated
Designed for use in the portable building industry, this mobile vacuum lifting device enables glass windows to be lifted from vertical stillages using a manual winch. Once lifted the device can be pushed manually and inserted into window openings.
12 - Pedestrian Winch Glass Lifter - Battery Operated
The vacuum pad matrix can be adjusted for different window styles and sizes up to 100Kgs in weight. A 12 volt DC vacuum system serves the vacuum frame and allows mobility throught the work area.

This self contained vacuum lifter has been designed to lift windscreens. Modern buses, trains, HGV's and trams now have increasingly large and heavy screens, this unit is able to lift curved windscreens and side windows in complete safety.
14 - Glass Workshop Vacuum Lifting Beam - 350Kgs S.W.L.
Designed specifically for use in glass cutting shops, this vacuum lifting beam enables sheets 3.2m x 2.2m to be lifted from vertical stillages and layed down on cutting tables. The vacuum pads are adjustable along the length of the beam and can be isolated when using the centre pads only. The system is battery powered and can easily handle 100 sheets on a single charge.
