1 - Liftmate KVL 30 Box Lifter
The liftmate vacuum lifting tube system uses vacuum to grip and lift a variety of loads. Interchangeable vacuum heads enable the lifting of packaged goods such as boxes, sacks, sheets, coils and drums and Un-packaged products & materials such as sheet metal, wood, plastics and domestic appliances etc. Liftmate vacuum lifters are available in a range of load capacities and configurations, together with swing jib crane or rolling bridge light crane systems.
2 - Liftmate KVT-R 40 - Sack Lifting
The Liftmate KVT is supplied with a pivoting control handle, which is ideal for reaching high palletised loads. The length of the guiding handle is tailored to each application enabling sacks or boxes to be lifted easily from floor level or at the top of a pallet.
3 - Liftmate KVT-R 50 Box Lifter
The Liftmate has a choice of control handles, The KVL & KVT-F operated handle is best suited when working at waist height. The KVT-R is ideally suited to applications where the operator would normally bend down or reach up during the lifting operation.
4 - Liftmate KVT-R 160
Shown here lifting heavy busbar components, this application required a specially designed head to safely grip the profiled and plastic wrapped busbars.
5 - Liftmate KVT-R 50 Bag Lifter
Polythene bagged rolls of heavy hand towels are easily lifted and stacked at high level using our universal sack & bag head. Our unique head design provides unparalleled grip for sacks, bags and shrink wrapped loads.
6 - Liftmate KVT-R 200 Sheet Lifter
Designed to lift plastic sheets 3m x 2m x 3 to 25mm thick this heavy duty liftmate has an 8 pad adjustable frame with long reach control handle.
7 - Liftmate KVT-R 40 Sack lifter & Knuckle Arm Jib
Required to deposit sacks in a hopper positioned in an out building, this mobile Liftmate knuckle arm sack lifter enables the operator to transfer sacks from a pallet and reach through an opening to deposit the sack.
8 - Liftmate KVT-R 40 Sack lifter & Knuckle Arm Jib
The system had to pass between a wall and building through an opening of 1100mm. To achieve this the jib crane was mounted on a relocatable mobile base just 1 metre wide.
9 - Liftmate KVT-RS 150
Lifting refrigerated wine coolers from a conveyor to pallet level required a custom solution. The weight of the cooler could not be safely suspended from the top therefore gripping the product was achieved by a side lift head.
10 - Pneumatic Balance Arm Vacuum Lifter
This balance arm designed to be mounted on a levelled trailer has a safe working load of 115kg at a reach of 3.5 metres. Kerbstones are gripped by a vacuum head & once secure can be freely lifted and manoevered by the operator. The operator is kept away from the load by an ergonomic guiding handle, which incorporates 'dead man' type anti slew brakes.
11 - KV-J Swing Jib Crane
This swing jib crane has been specially engineered for use with the Liftmate. It's light weight jib arm ensures almost effortless movement throughout 270° of arc. Safe working load capacities of 80, 100, 150 & 200 Kgs. are available. Wall or pillar mounted units can also be supplied.

Standard Jibs are over braced. Under braced and knuckle arm jibs can be also be supplied. Please ask for details.
12 - KV-H Push Travel Light Crane System
The crane system facilitates the coverage of work areas that can not be serviced using the KV-J swing jib crane. It's light weight rolling bridge requires virtually no effort to transport the loaded Liftmate over large working areas.

The crane tracks are normally supported by steel columns as shown but suspended systems can also be provided. Multiple span track configurations are available for long runs.
13 - Liftmate KVT-R 160
Liftmate makes light work of this 100kg solid wood panel.
14 - Liftmate KVT-R 100
Thin metal sheets, plastics and flexible boards are best handled with this adjustable 4 pad vacuum head. The adjustable head not only supports floppy loads but can also be adjusted to fit on the edges of paneled and window doors.
