1 - Single Pad Plate Lifter - Minivac 1-100
The KV Minivac range of vacuum lifters are designed for loads up to 250Kgs and are available in single or multi pad configuration. These electrically powered vacuum lifters are fitted as standard with a vacuum reservoir, visual and audible alarm system and 'two action' release controls in compliance with BS EN 13155:2003. The model shown was supplied for lifting small metal slabs up to 100Kgs in weight.
2 - Twin Pad Minivac 2-150 Plate Lifting Beam
Designed for lifting steel plates up to 3 metres x 1.5 metres the Minivac 2-150 has movable vacuum pad assemblies to facilitate lifting smaller sizes. The operator controls the vacuum beam and hoist at a safe distance from the load using the extended guiding handle. The model pictured has a SWL of 150Kgs.
3 - Vacuum Sheet Lifting Beam - Battery Powered
This vacuum lifting beam has been designed for lifting plates and sheets from 2 metres x 1 metre x 0.8mm up to 2.6 metres x 2 metres weighing 200Kgs. The lifter is powered by a battery system allowing it to be used on various cranes. A large number of lifts can be made before the battery needs recharging, which is indicated by a warning lamp. Safe lifting and further lifts can be made even after the low voltage warning.
4 - Single Pad Vacuum Lifter - 1000Kgs S.W.L
Metal slabs and plates can be handled safely & quickly using this KV 1000Kgs safe working load vacuum lifter. Electrically powered slab lifters are available in either mains voltage or battery powered versions and are available in a range of lifting capacities to suit your application.
5 - Plate & Sheet Lifting Vacuum Beam - 1000Kgs S.W.L
This 3 pad adjustable vacuum lifting beam is designed for lifting metal sheets from 600mm x 600mm x 1.5mm up to 3600mm x 2500mm x 1000kg. The outer vacuum pads can be moved along the beam or isolated to facilitate the lifting of shorter plates.
6 - 2 Tonne S.W.L Vacuum Lifting Beam
Lifting plates & sheets up to 5000mm x 2500mm x 2000kgs, This vacuum lifting beam is fitted with 2 x 750mm square durable mill duty vacuum pads, which as well as having greater lifting capacity are still capable of lifting steel sheets down to 2mm thick. Designed & built to meet or exceed BS EN 13155:2003, the above lifter is available in AC & DC versions.
7 - 4 Tonne S.W.L Vacuum Lifting Beam
For fabricators and profilers with a need to lift longer, heavier plates, This vacuum lifter has been designed with a capacity of 4000kgs & handles plates up to 8000mm x 2500mm. Smaller plates are handled by isolating and/or moving the pad assemblies.
8 - Alloy Plate & Strip Vacuum Beam
Designed for the Aluminium industry, this vacuum beam has a S.W.L of 2 Tonnes and cam lift wavy or unleveled plate and strip up to 7000mm x 1500mm maximum with a minimum plate width of 600mm.
9 - 15 Metre Plate Tilting Vacuum Beam
Lifting large metal plates up to 15 metres x 2 metres weighing 1000kgs, this vacuum lifter allows plates stored in a vertical stillage to be lifted & tilted into the horizontal plane, quickly and safely.
10 - 15 Metre Plate Tilting Vacuum Beam
A 15 metre polished Aluminium plate can be brought safely from the vertical storage rack and placed in the horizontal plane for cutting. The whole operation can be performed by one person.
11 - 8 Tonne Heavy Duty Vacuum Beam.
Specially manufactured for an Asian shipyard, this heavy duty vacuum lifting beam was designed to lift flat & spherical alloy plates at temperatures up to 300° centigrade.
12 - 15 Tonne Telescopic Vacuum Lifting Beam.
This heavy duty telescopic vacuum lifting beam was designed for handling stainless steel plates 16m x 4.5m x 15,000kgs in weight. 20m x 2.5m plates x 12,000kgs plates are also handled. High temperature vacuum pad assemblies are fitted enabling the lifting of plates at 250 degrees° C. The vacuum beam is attached to an overhead crane via a slewing ring so that the vacuum beam could be rotated to pass between building columns.
13 - 7 Tonne Aluminium Strip & Plate Vacuum Beam
One of a number of large vacuum lifters supplied for lifting long strip and plate. The vacuum beam has a S.W.L of 7000kgs and lifts plates up to 13.25m x 3m. Plate and strip of varying sizes can be handled by the articulated heads which are designed to accommodate plate curvature.
14 - 7 Tonne Vacuum Lifting Beam
Another new vacuum lifting beam is dispatched. This lifter is designed for 13m x 3m plate and strip. The centre vacuum pad assemblies rotate to allow a wider dense central load to be lifted.
