15 T Concrete Slab Vacuum Lift

As part of the sea front refurbishment at Redcar UK, moulded concrete revetments measuring 4.9m x 2.9m needed to be lifted from moulds. The inverted revetments were lifted from the flat face and extracted. The equipment is operated by remote control and has an inbuild storage stand.

Drum Pouring Vacuum Gripper

Decanting heavy tapered drums during processing was solved by this self levelling vacuum gripper. The gripper was designed with in built load compensation to accommodate unloaded & loaded conditions, allowing the vacuum head to be easily attached to the drums. Once lifted the drums can be poured under precise control with ease by the operator.

This sheet vacuum lifter has been designed to lift various sized metal sheet and plate up to 6.5m x 2.5m x 150Kgs in weight. The vacuum pad matrix is adjustable, vacuum pads can be moved in 'x' -'y' allowing holes and cut outs to be avoided. This model can be supplied in either mains powered or as a battery vacuum lifter.
